JANE ROBERSON

Attorney

Jane is a bankruptcy attorney who has been practicing for 16 years. She has filed more than 5000 cases in Colorado. She has extensive experience working with trustees and creditors and understands the process, which enables her to discuss options that are available for each individual case. Jane was born in Hutchinson, Kansas. She attended New York University where she earned her B.A in International Studies and M.P.A. in Public Finance. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. Jane worked and a Financial Analyst for the City and County of Denver before practicing law. Jane is a member of the Federal Board of Advocates.

TRACY

Paralegal

Paralegal. Tracy joined the firm in June 2013 as a Chapter 7 paralegal.Tracy has nine years of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy experience. Since she joined the firm, Tracy's role has expanded to assisting with Chapter 13 cases. Tracy enjoys her pets and is an avid Denver Broncos fan.

MIKE WEGENER

Firm Administrator

Mike serves as the Firm Administrator and handles all aspects of the firm including accounting, human resources, and the overall management for the firm. Mike also ensures that the firm provides outstanding customer service to our clients. Before joining the firm in October 2012, Mike was a business owner with over 20 years experience.
